Amare Stoudemire’s 26th birthday bash

One of the best power forwards in the NBA had to work on his 26th birthday last Nov. 15th, but it is pretty sure that Amare Stoudemire of the Phoenix Suns did not mind. In front of a large crowd at the US Airways, Stoudemire scored 29 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to ensure a 104-86 Phoenix victory despite playing shorthanded.
Blasting the visiting Detroit Pistons in his home court was probably enough to make his night. But then, what is a birthday without a party?

After the game, Stoudemire and the rest of the Phoenix Suns trooped to the high-end Myst Nightclub in Scottsdale for some well-earned partying.

Stoudemire and friends posed in front of the cameras for photo opportunities. Some of the stellar guests, even Stoudemire himself, made themselves available for a short interview, before joining the revelry, which was dubbed as the “Amare Stoudemire Birthday Bash.”

The 3-time All-Star member and 2003 NBA Rookie of the Year welcomed his guests to a bar brimmed with the colors of the Phoenix Suns – orange and blue. The Suns logo also decorated a large, prominent portion a wall, loudly exclaiming that the party definitely exuded the Planet Orange brand of the Suns.

The place also displayed a large photo streamer of a half-naked Stoudemire in classic black and white, which partly shows his prized tattoos.

Well-wishers included 2-time NBA MVP Steve Nash, former NBA MVP and star center Shaquille O’Neal, Boris Diaw, Matt Barnes, comedian Katt Williams, Baby Bash, and Frankie J. Music icons Snoop Dogg and Chester Bennington of Linkin Park also graced the event.

Entertainment, of course, was not an issue as the night was filled with sounds by luscious temptress, Playboy’s DJ Roxanne. Rapper Bun B. also provided the thumping beats as guests partied the night away.

Stoudemire’s birthday party, which was presented by VIBE Magazine, was filled with gorgeous VIBE Magazine models who also provided ground entertainment for the partygoers.

Drinks were free-flowing and it was quite obvious the guests were enjoying themselves. The dress code for the night was obviously hip-hop, as guests flaunted themselves in loose shirts, flashy dresses, and some bling-blings.
